Markus derived a solid understanding of cultures from around the globe during his 25 years working in North America, Europe and Asia. After living 5 years in Switzerland and having the opportunity to obtain knowledge in the fields of user-centered design, human-centered design, human computer interaction, and other disciplines that place the user at the center focus of products and services which are being developed. He implements what is ultimately best for his clients and furthermore their customers/clients. He is an eager individual that helps you when it is time to bridge the gap between management and design. He is one of the most strategically organized individuals with how he works. He admires clients that are willing to take on an agile approach to help them grow within the most complex business objectives.
